In 2009 the company acquired the status of full members of the All-Russian Association of Personnel Consultants.

The company "Strategy of Success" is actively involved in development of modern business. One of the priorities of our recruitment agency – is formation of recruitment market in Kazan. In July 2009 the company became a member of the "Club of recruitment agencies in Kazan."

Since 2010, the company "Strategy of success" is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of the Tatarstan.

How to become a member of the Association?

At the next meeting, your candidacy will be presented to members of the Association. You can make a 5-7-minute presentation about themselves and their professional activities, answer questions, colleagues, or take the opportunity to distance entry, if you have two recommendations of the Association. Voting members of the Association Council shall decide on your membership.

Code of Ethics of the Association recruiting companies PT.

The Association's members trust each other and are sure that each does its work in accordance with the ethical standards and laws of business ethics. They do not have, and want to help each other. Running voluntarily entered into by the oral and written commitments are the norm for members of the Association.

Association members are striving to be among the leading members of their profession. They have the opportunity and help to spread the knowledge of the Association and in society at large.

Members of the Association shall take no action which can result in damaged professional reputation of colleagues in the Association

If a member of the Association wants to withdraw from, he openly inform the Council of the Association recruiting companies RT, indicating the reason for the decision.
