Recruitment company "Strategy of Success" was established in 2007.

In 2009 the company acquired the status of full members of the All-Russian Association of Personnel Consultants.

The company "Strategy of Success" is actively involved in development of modern business. One of the priorities of our recruitment agency – is formation of recruitment market in Kazan. In July 2009 the company became a member of the "Club of recruitment agencies in Kazan."

Since 2010, the company "Strategy of success" is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of the Tatarstan.

May 25, 2011 – the first HR-Mafia in Kazan.

May, 2011 – participation in the conference “Staff as the competitive advantage” organized by “Mainstream” Company.

April, 2011 – questioning of major regional enterprises about the expectations of recruitment market jointly with the Association of Recruitment Companies of the Republic of Tatarstan.

April, 2010 – participation in the exhibition “Staff. Moscow 2010”. November, 2010 – forming an alliance with Association of Staff Recruitment consellors”.

Jily, 2009 – opening the new activity direction “Accountant support” and “Juridical service”.

March, 2009 – setting up of the Association of Recruitment Companies of the Republic of Tatarstan”.

April 27, 2010 – participation of company employees in the conference “Evolution of recruitment. Sight in future”.

April 25-27, 2007 – participation of Staff Recruitment Agency Director in yearly forum of professionals on Staff Recruitment “Moscow trained spring”.

January, 2007 – the long-awaited opening of Staff Agency “Strategy of Success”.

March, 2006 – future employees of Staff Agency “Strategy of Success” work in the outstaffing direction in the sub-company “Tatenergo”. After its successful accomplishment the idea to create staff agency appeared.
